Taming the Teams Octopus Part II - Beyond CCM promises to be a high-level discussion without being technical.  Hear from a firm who embraced early on the big changes that Teams brings (WilmerHale LLP, which last quarter was named by the National Law Journal a Legal Technology Trailblazer for 2022 in part because of their use of Teams), and quickly developed best practices in sharing documents with clients in Teams.  See a suggested Teams rollout timeline, review sample documentation, get recommendations to avoid topic creep, hear about the firm’s automated process to create Teams, and more.  We’ll also learn unique experiences and recommendations from a company who works with different law firms (Kraft Kennedy consulting services) in rolling out robust implementations of Teams.
