As the legal community continues its trek toward digital transformation, we need more literacy between our roles and that of our leadership and our lawyers. The Effectiveness Project, an eighteen-month-long collaboration supported by the LTC4, took an unparalleled team of participants to lay one “gap” to rest:  the definitive guide to producing a legal document. Tony Gerdes, Ivy Grey, and Sherry Kappel share how the guide came to be, its goals, its audience, and the ways that members of PLTG can leverage the resource within their constituent firms.
