Candy Benge - Richards, Kibbe and Orbe LLP
Candy began her career as a consultant, specializing in software training, floor support, and courseware development for 15 years in approximately 60+ law firms worldwide. During this time, she was also a professional Singer/Actress, performing in national tours, regional acting companies, commercials, concerts, and cabarets in the NYC area.
Currently, Candy is the Training and Application Specialist at Richards Kibbe and Orbe LLP, where she has provided classroom training, 1:1 training, and technical documentation for the firm for the past 3 ½ years. She also manages the Firm’s Intranet and Extranet; designs, configures, and leads all upgrades and/or “fixes” for applications; writes and deploys scripts; liaises with vendors; and manages the firm’s Group Policies, Active Directory and other projects. This year, she is looking forward to the challenge of designing a brand new Windows 10 desktop for the firm, which will be deployed in 2018.

|Jason Chan - Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP
Jason is currently an Application Trainer at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips where he trains and supports staff and professionals while developing interactive e-learning projects for new applications. He is a graduate of University of Michigan with a BS in Biology.
Jason has been a trainer for the last 12 years across various fields and also has sales/IT experience in sales from a range of companies such as such as mobile providers, telecommunications, publishing, and healthcare. Prior to training, Jason had also worked as a web designer/programmer and technology consultant.
Outside of work, he loves photography, hiking, volleyball and spending time with his two young children.
Karen Kolb - Davis, Polk and Wardwell LLP
Karen Kolb is a Training Manager at Davis Polk and Wardwell LLP. Karen’s career experience includes 20 years in technology sales, training and consulting, coordinator, and manager. She’s enjoys interacting with others, solving problems and keeping people motivated to learn in this age of mobile distraction.
Karen has a BBA in Marketing Management and an MS in Education Technology.

Consuelo Rockliff-Stein - Proskauer Rose
Consuelo Rockliff-Stein has worked in law firms for 32 years and has been a technology trainer for 18. She is currently an IT Trainer at Proskauer, where she delivers live, distance and recorded technology training. Consuelo is a passionate SME in Excel and enjoys all aspects of technology training delivery and documentation.
In her spare time Consuelo enjoys very non-technical pursuits, such as sewing and knitting, reading 19th Century sensationalist literature, and learning new skills. She is currently teaching herself how to play piano.
Chris Brady - Kramer Levin
Linda Harte is our “Treasurer Emeritus” for the past 16 years of the 19 years that she is a member of PLTG. Although she has been retired from the workforce for the past few years, Linda continues to fulfill the Treasurer position, carefully watching over PLTG funds. Over Linda’s career, she has held positions of Supervisor Word Processing, Operations Analyst, Systems Manager in several New York Law Firms, and lastly, for 10 years with Unilever United States, Inc. Law Department as Office Manager and Systems Administrator. All this from a girl who graduated college with an art degree and prepared to teach art in public schools!
|Tom Giordano - Seward and Kissell LLP
Tom Giordano takes on the new role of PLTG Treasurer this year while simultaneously assisting the Programs and Events Committee. Previous roles included PLTG President and Secretary.
With over a quarter century of training and applications experience, Tom currently serves as Applications & Training Specialist for Seward & Kissel. He is particularly passionate about creating eLearning videos with Camtasia; and is the de-facto Excel SME.
Tom is a proud graduate of the number-one ranked Stuyvesant High School, having been selected from only top one percent of applicants to be admitted. Fond memories include running track and building a 6inch reflector telescope from scratch. Collegiately, he pursued an eclectic mix of physics, meteorology and marketing research (BBA) before embarking on a PhD program in social psychology.
An avid Mets fan, Tom is particularly fond of baseball and its history but enjoys both playing and watching many sports. Other recent avocations include re-learning Spanish and probability theories, astronomy, cooking, science books and documentaries, reading historical biographies and literature…and when given the chance, just tossing coconuts or pebbles into a beautiful green ocean. Tom is about three quarters of the way towards a lifetime goal of goal of visiting all 50 US states.
Lawren Finley - Profiscience
Lawren Finley has worked in IT related technology training for 20+ years with a focus specifically in the legal vertical for 10 of those years. Lawren is currently the Director of Business Development for Profiscience, the makers of UniversitySite. Lawren has a passion for serving clients and providing the best learning management tools in the market to firms worldwide.Lawren has a Bachelor’s Degree in Literary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a lifetime certified Secondary Education teacher in the state of Texas. When not at work, Lawren enjoys golf, reading and cooking. She also devotes her time as a child advocacy volunteer for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate).
